Hi Helen, whoohoo – I have lost 24 cms in just 2 weeks – the biggest loss<br />
being 8cms off my tummy . How great is that!! I have not really lost any<br />
weight and it would normally be about this time that I would lose a bit of<br />
motivation (because of no weight loss) but because I am charting my<br />
measurements and comparing each week this has been a great motivator.<br />
Thank you for all your inspirational emails by the way – they are also a<br />
great motivator as it feels like someone is checking in on us all.<br />
